   3. Explore Bourne Hall Museum and Gardens: Head to Bourne Hall Museum. Situated within the picturesque Bourne Hall Park, the museum provides a fascinating glimpse into Ewell's rich history, with exhibits ranging from prehistoric times to the Victorian era. After exploring the museum, take a leisurely stroll through the surrounding gardens and enjoy the serene ambiance. Late Morning:

   4. Visit Nonsuch Park: Enjoy history and nature. A short drive or a reasonable walk from Bourne Hall, Nonsuch Park is a vast expanse of greenery perfect for a morning walk. Explore the park's beautifully landscaped gardens and the historic remains of Henry VIII’s Nonsuch Palace. The park offers numerous walking trails and plenty of spots for a quiet rest. Nonsuch Palace remained royal property until 1670, when Charles II gave it to his mistress, Barbara, Countess of Castlemaine - he also gave her the title of ‘Baroness of Nonsuch’.    4. Lunch in the village: The pubs are open for lunch so enjoy some local flavours. Head back to Ewell Village for lunch in charming pubs with a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy a variety of traditional British dishes, from fish and chips to steak and ale pie, paired with a pint of local ale or a glass of wine. Look up whether there’s anything in nearby Epsom to see in the evening – you may be able to take in a show at the Epsom Playhouse.

Afternoon:

Find a peaceful spot by the lake to relax and enjoy the scenery. If you’re visiting with children, the park has a great playground to keep them entertained.

Evening:

   7. Evening Walk Along the Hogsmill River: As the day begins to wind down, take a leisurely walk along the Hogsmill River. The scenic path offers beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere, making it a lovely way to end your day in Ewell. Follow the footpath of the Hogsmill River - see if you can find the stepping stones which children love hopping over! If you booked a show at Epsom Playhouse then head over the Epsom and enjoy the evening after and early dinner.
